Shipping

SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped to the address customer provid at time of checkout. Once you have placed an order, you will be sent an order confirmation email to the email you entered at checkout. If you haven't received an order confirmation from us, check your junk/spam/promotions tab or folder. Order are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days, our system will auto send you tracking via email.

eFlow Nutrition is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.

eFlow Nutrition is not responsible for unfortunate events such as carrier delays, damaged, misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances the shipping carrier is responsible for any and all mail pieces that undergo carrier delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.

All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 4 weeks to process. Once Mail Carrier responds to your claim we will be able to take further actions to resolve the issue. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with the mail carrier.

Filing a claim does not guarantee the mail carrier will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

DOMESTIC ORDERS/SHIPPING:
Orders are generally received within 2-7 business days after date of fulfillment.
Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/SHIPPING:
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are typically collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
Orders are generally received within 5-15 business days depending on carrier speed chosen at checkout.

Orders Returned to Sender- If a package is refused, abandoned OR returned to sender due to unpaid customer fees, a refund will not be issued.

LOOKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE:
First step we recommend is to check tracking, as it may just be delayed/arriving late, if that does not locate the package then you can contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number. If you are unable to locate you “Delivered” package check around your property, with your neighbors and with those who reside in your home in the event that they might have received the package for you. If there is a management office or leasing office that might have received it for you.
