The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and
excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Please note - We are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped. Does not apply to "Subscribe & Save" enrollment. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to receipt and confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. Manage your subscription ("Subscribe & Save") via the online account portal, this is how and where subscriptions are managed/cancelled, must use the email that was entered at checkout.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded. Does not apply to "Subscribe & Save" enrollment.

Cancellation of payment, Chargebacks and Refunds
Except as set forth in these Terms & Conditions, all payment transactions processed through this service is non-refundable to you by eFlow Nutrition and are non-reversible by you through this service. You may not charge back any payment transactions made or allow a chargeback of any payment transaction for reasons other than unauthorized or fraudulent use of your card, or for other reasons in accordance with the agreement with your US Bank or issuer of your card. However, in case of a payment that was incorrectly executed due to an error by us, we shall within 2-4 business days from your written request refund the payment amount including all fees deducted therefrom, providing that you deliver such request to us, together with the details of the incorrectly executed transaction within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the transaction. You may also approach our Customer Care with any inquiry or compliant about a failure by us to complete your payment transaction. 

If you are unhappy with deliverables provided by eFlow Nutrition in consideration of your payment through any of our merchant processors (including Maverick and Paypal) you can contact our customer care team (info@eFlowNutrition.com). eFlow Nutrition (and it's agents and employees) are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, damaged during transit or mis-delivered by the mail carrier.  Subscription cancellations must be made prior to the order processing using our online portal.


Notification of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis


These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

ORDERS

All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed. We are unable to make manual adjustments.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.

eFlow Nutrition is not responsible for unfortunate events such as carrier delays, damaged, misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS/FedEx/UPS is responsible for any and all mail pieces that undergo carrier delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.

All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 4 weeks to process. Once Mail Carrier responds to your claim we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with the mail carrier.

Filing a claim does not guarantee the mail carrier will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.


SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the address customer provided at time of checkout.
eFlow Nutrition is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address. 
All returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond, failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.
Customer’s funds will be transferred to store credit, minus shipping and restocking costs.


DOMESTIC ORDERS/SHIPPING:

Orders are generally received within 2-7 business days after date of fulfillment.
Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/SHIPPING:

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
Orders are generally received within 10-15 business days
Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.

DISCOUNT/COUPON CODES:

All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.  
For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE:

Products are automatically delivered on your schedule. Modify products/flavors anytime via "Swap" or "Skip" options, or cancel your subscription anytime after 2 month/order commitment has been met. Via the online Portal.
