Elixir PM Directions
To determine tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with 4-6 ounces of cold water or beverage, approximately 30 minutes prior to bedtime, After individual tolerance has been assessed take one (1) to two (2) servings. The ideal individual dose may vary between 1-2 servings.
Warning
Not for use by those with pre-existing medical conditions or taking any medications, those under the age of 18, or women that are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Until tolerance is assessed, do not drive or operate machinery after consuming. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.
