How did you get started with fitness and competing?
In Mexico as a kid, being overweight was a common problem in my family and in Mexico in general. Growing up, I had bad eating habits; I was overweight and really wanted to get in shape. My family owned a gym, and I would always admire the pictures of famous physiques hanging on the wall. At that time, I could only dream about achieving a physique like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Sylvester Stallone.

What motivates you?
For me its really about set goals/dreams that challenge myself and acomplished, also because I’ve been on both sides of the coin, I have become very passionate about helping others achieve their own transformations and a healthier quality of life. I feel it’s my mission & strongest motivation and of course I get a lot of daily motivation of some natural athletes that I admire and try to keep up with their dedication and physiques.

What is your approach to training?
High intensity lots of drops sets , supersets I go for the maximum pump , rest 30-40 seconds between sets and my workout last 50-70 minutes. Keep reps between 12-8.

  • Wednesday: Back/Biceps
  • Thursday: Quads/Calves
  • Friday: Shoulders/Traps
  • Saturday: Biceps/Triceps
  • Sunday: Off

What is your favorite form of cardio?
My favorite is low intensity treadmill. But I find the most effective to be stair stepper machine. Always fasted.

If you could pick only 3 exercises, what would they be?

  • Dumbell lateral rises - Shoulders
  • Preacher Machine curl - Bíceps
  • Squats - Legs 

What is your favorite muscle group to train?
Arms! Every Day Is Arm Day!

What is your approach to nutrition?
High Protein, high fat, low carbs.

What supplements do you recommend?
ENCINERATE: 1-2 Capsule before fasted cardio.

ENDURE BCAA: 1 scoop during fasted cardio and an additional scoop during resistance training.
ENRAGE preworkout: 1 scoop before training.
