How did you get started with fitness and competing?

I got started with fitness growing up always being into sports, which lead me to lifting. I started competing in 2012 in the Men’s Physique Division.

What motivates you?

Seting goals and accomplishing them. Improving my physique, my knowledge, and my ability to help others improve their lives, physiques, health and athletic performance. Growing my business and developing new beneficial sports supplements!

What is your approach to training?

Mostly conventional resistance training, usually keeping set’s around 4-5 and rep range around 6-15

Current training schedule:

*Monday: Chest/Tris
*Tuesday: Back/Bis
*Wednesday: Legs/Calves
*Thursday: Shoulders/Upper Chest
*Friday: Bis/Tris
*Saturday: Legs/Calves
*Sunday: Off

What is your favorite form of cardio?

Stairs – intervals.

If you could pick only 3 exercises, what would they be?

Squats
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
Pull Ups

What is your favorite muscle group to train?
Legs and Back

What is your approach to nutrition?

Balanced Diet: Moderate Protein, Moderate Fat, Low-Moderate Carbs.

What supplements do you recommend?

Here’s my current supplement protocol:

7AM:   1-2 capsule ENCINERATE. Multi Vitamin, CLA, L-Carnitine, Omega 3, ALA.
11AM: 1 scoop ENRAGE (preworkout). 1 Scoop ENDURE BCAA (during workout)
3PM:   1 capsule ENCINERATE. CLA, Omega 3, ALA, L-Carnitine.
10PM: 1 scoop ELIXIR PM. Multi Vitamin, CLA, Omega 3, ALA, Vitamin E, COQ10
