If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping cost and restocking fee. All items can only be returned if they are unopened or deemed damaged or defective to insure full credit.
• eFlow Nutrition is not responsible for lost/undelivered orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) Please make sure all shipping information provided is correct.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
RETURNING AN ITEM:

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
